Terms of sale

Prices are in US dollars. Orders are accepted when payment clears. Cues, butts and shafts are built to order; dispatch times on the support page are estimates.

Custom builds, engraved items and tips are final sale. Other items may be returned or exchanged under the exchange policy within 14 days of delivery.

Duties, taxes and import fees outside the United States are the buyer's responsibility. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Limited lifetime warranty on carbon shafts and butts against structural defects.
