Free worldwide shipping on orders over $99. Under that, a flat rate is shown at payment. Every parcel ships with tracking and cues travel in a padded tube.

Standard configurations dispatch in 3 to 7 business days. Custom builds (any non-standard joint, tip, wrap, weight or collar) are made to order and leave the workshop in 20 to 30 days. Gear dispatches in 2 business days. Transit is typically 5 to 10 business days to the US and Europe.

Limited lifetime warranty

Limited lifetime warranty on carbon shafts and butts against structural defects. This covers delamination, joint failure and structural cracks under normal play. It does not cover tips (a wear part), dents from impact, cosmetic scratches, or damage from modification.

To claim, email hello@thundercue.com with your order number and photos. We repair or replace at our choice.

Exchange and returns

Wrong joint or tip size? Tell us within 14 days of delivery. If the shaft is unchalked and unplayed, we exchange it. You cover return shipping, we cover the outbound.

Changed your mind? Unused, unchalked items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping. Custom builds, engraved items and tips are final sale.

We do not accept returns of chalked or played cues. A chalked tip is a used cue.

FAQ

Which joint do I need?

Look at the pin on your butt. 3/8-10 and 3/8-8 (Radial) are the most common on modern cues, 5/16-18 on many classic American cues, Uni-QR / Uni-Loc quick release on others. Not sure? Send us a photo of the pin and we will tell you.

11.8 mm or 12.5 mm?

12.5 mm is the all-round choice and what most players should start with. 11.8 mm gives more spin and a lighter feel, favoured by players who already shoot a slim shaft.

Does a Thundercue shaft fit my existing butt?

Yes, if you pick the matching joint. Collar diameter is 21.5 mm on Storm, Volt and Strike shafts. If your butt is thicker at the joint, message us before ordering.

How long until it ships?

Can I add engraving later?

Engraving is done before shipping and cannot be added afterwards. Tick the engraving box on the product page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide with tracking. Duties and taxes outside the US are collected by the courier on delivery.
